Burkholder Landscape is a full-service landscaping company in Malvern, PA servicing the Philadelphia area since 1992. The company has a highly skilled team of talented carpenters, masons, electricians, horticulturists and contractors, who design and install landscapes and irrigation systems in Main Line communities.


The challenge

Through the digital marketing strategy, we continue to grow the leads for the client's current set of landscaping services. We have expanded the strategy to address the need for leads for the new Plant Health Care line of service. We are implementing the digital marketing tactics to grow the new service and expand the Burkholder Brothers brand associated with the new service out onto the internet.

Creation of new website to include the Plant Health Care services - www.burkholderPHC.com. Development of an interactive survey to generate leads www.burkholderlandscape.com/how-to-discover-your-landscape-style. Addition of a chatbot. Addition of GDPR cookie acceptance. Search engine optimization based on keyword searches associated with Plant Health Care. Content marketing and blogs centered around Plant Health Care. Google Ads campaigns with monthly promotions triggered around local plant and pest issues. Automated lead nurturing with marketing automation and the use of a plant and pest diagnostic tool. Call tracking and conversion tools. Implementation of Perfect Audience to remarket to Plant Health Care visitors. Programmatic display ads to reach out to the local Main Line buying persons to communicate the message about the new service. Creation of landing pages urls to put on their trucks. Tracking of true KPIs. Addition of reputation management kiosk so the field technicians can collect reviews on their mobile devices.
