The challenge

The client wanted an up-to-date Website to increase Brand Awareness by representing the company professional.

It implicated a new structure, more content, projects etc. but also giving the prospect the option to upload a drawing when requesting a quote.

The solution

Two (2) options were offered i.e. revamp of the Website or Design / Development of a new Website. The latter was recommended and also decided by the client.

The new template WP Website with a new fresh look was launched in April 2021. The client provided additional pictures, an update of the Equipment inventory and preferred Project list.

The client decided to remain with the Hosting Service for the time being and we have strongly recommended to have a Secure Website which is not the case.

The results

Unlike with marketing efforts there is not any measurable data but a new fresh Website where the prospect can request a quote and upload a drawing.

While the client did give WSI a 10 out of 10 on a NPS follow up survey , we have not yet received a written testimonial.
